About ErgData for PM3 PM4
ErgData for PM3/4 connects to older Concept2 PM3/PM4 monitors via a wired connection. Users with a PM5 should use the ErgData app instead. If possible, we recommend upgrading to a PM5 monitor to take advantage of the additional features of the ErgData app.
ErgData for PM3/4 provides additional statistics, stores and displays your workout results, and uploads your workouts to the Concept2 Online Logbook. It also offers the enhanced
visibility of a backlit display.
This app integrates with Apple Healthkit.
Requires:
- Concept2 RowErg or SkiErg with a PM3 or PM4 monitor.
- A cable that may be available from liverowing.com
- USB cable and a USB OTG (On-The-Go) Adapter (available from Amazon and other online vendors)
Features:
Displays your workout data in real time.
Offers a choice of two screens:
1) Screen similar to your Performance Monitor (showing
choice of watts, Calories, or current pace) plus two additional pieces of data from the list below.
2) Screen showing:
-> Drive Length
-> Drive Time
-> Average Force
-> Peak Force
-> Drag Factor
-> Stroke Count
- Replaces your LogCard: ErgData logs all your workouts, including intervals, splits and heart rate information.
- Syncs workouts with the Concept2 Online Logbook.
- This app integrates with the Health app. Saves heart rate, Calories and basic workout data. Syncs with the user's weight.
- Displays weight-adjusted scores.
- Collects heart rate information from the PM4 when the PM4 is connected to a heart rate measuring device.
- Displays your workout information on a color, backlit screen.
(Note: Do not use a LogCard in the monitor when using ErgData or workouts may not be saved correctly)
