About Everyday workouts
The app offers motivating and effective everyday exercise programs for you who experience pain or reduced mobility in muscles and joints, and want to improve your overall health.
The app contains programs for neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle.
All programs are divided into different levels where the degree of difficulty increases gradually so that the body has time to adapt and develop.
Each exercise is clearly presented with video and instructions.
In addition to programs for you with pain, the app contains several smart features:
- Prevention programs
- Statistics, so you can track your progression
- Tabata timer that can be used for all types of workouts

Some features of the app require the purchase of Premium, which is available as a subscription or as a one-time payment.
The cost of premium is displayed in the app.
You have the opportunity to download and test the app before you decide whether premium is right for you. The subscription length is displayed in the app and gives you unlimited access to the entire app. You can quit whenever you want. You can also choose to buy the app directly with a one-time payment.
If you choose to subscribe to Premium, the purchase will go to your iTunes account. The subscription will be automatically renewed unless it is canceled no later than 24 hours before it expires. You can manage the subscription from User Settings in iTunes after you purchase it, and you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.
