No, and here is why: Making something time-consuming as a workout a daily task is probably the fastest way to failure. Our program is designed to start small and establish a routine with a reasonable amount of weekly workouts.

>> I don't want to build muscle – is this program still for me?
Our program covers cardio and strength training, and we recommend you do both because of the tremendous benefits they both have to offer. However, our program makes it up to you to decide.
