About Fit4Living - Coach Buddy

Fit4Living Coach Buddy application is designed for planned physical activity taking into consideration your individual needs. Thanks to Fit4Living you can exercise effectively and systematically wherever you are. Programs are prepared by a verified personal trainer and cover all forms of physical activity: Mobility, Strength, Endurance, Speed, Coordination and Balance, as well as individually prepared exercises.

Using the simple user interface, videos and pause option, it is easy to understand and perform each of the exercises. You can stay in constant contact with the trainer to strengthen your body according to your capabilities. Or do it by yourself. The application also provides browsing history of your exercises. Each training program is reviewed, and you can consult your trainer if you have any questions.
