Whether you’re a health enthusiast, just starting your health journey or have no idea where to begin – GoWell is here to support you. We help you understand how healthy you are through assessments, help you improve your health through personalized goals, allow you to track your progress by syncing with your favorite fitness devices and apps and ultimately reward you for it.

- Find out your Health Age: Do the Health Review to see how old you are in relation to your health and how it differs from your actual age! Plus, do assessments about your eating habits and your lifestyle. You’ll earn points for every assessment you do.
- Keep track of your health data: Earn points when you send your data for medical measurements including blood pressure, BMI, glucose level and cholesterol, and keep those in a healthy range.
- Improve your fitness: Get active in a way that suits you and earn points.
- Enjoy rewards for getting healthier: Earn and redeem instant vouchers from one of our many rewards partners when you achieve your Weekly Active Rewards goals.
- Earn monthly paybacks on fitness wearable devices from select brands: Get monthly payback in the form of Smiles points when you activate the device payback feature. - Select the Health app and initiate the linking procedure by tapping on the Link Now button
- Simply follow the onboarding steps to link the Health app with GoWell
