About Dropset: Gym tracker

Dropset is a clean and minimal app for tracking your gym workouts, designed to be as non distracting as possible. You won’t find annoying upsells here. It’s also really flexible. Not just designed for tracking sets and reps, but also most other gym exercises. So you can do things like interval timers, duration timers, distances, or, simply check exercises off of a list. Flexibility and simplicity is lead mantras.

It's also really customisable as well, so you can lay things out just the way you want, create your own routines and your own exercises.

We'll be back with fun stuff soon, this release is mostly about fixing details that weren't as perfect as we'd like them to be.
1.0.72
Mar 30, 2024
We're adding some intro explainers with examples before creating workouts and body metrics. Great for those who are new to the app. And we're adding support for YouTube and TikTok social handles.

We're also on the look out for contributions to our routines section. If you feel like contributing a routine to help others out who might be struggling to find a workout routine that works, get in touch with us at hello@getdropset.app.
1.0.71
Mar 26, 2024
We're simplifying how the bottom bar behaves while working out. And also how tracking durations work. We hope this make things more clear and easy to use.
1.0.70
Mar 22, 2024
Adds a placeholder item on the dashboard for adding new items. Also fixes a pretty rare issue where the app would crash on start.
1.0.69
Mar 15, 2024
Fixes an issue with how images where being downloaded under the hood, and reverses the order of how handles were being presented while typing, so that the one you probably want is now listed closer to the keyboard.
1.0.68
Mar 11, 2024
We're introducing @mentions in the chat. Type someone's handle, and they'll get a notification. This is something people will need to enable first though, so there will be a period to begin with where not many have this enabled. We'll ask to enable this when you post something, once.

Also fixes an issue where the keyboard would bug out after tapping the plus/minus buttons. And, an issue where the notes keyboard would conflict with the set and reps keyboard.
1.0.67
Mar 7, 2024
* Removes the swipe-to-dismiss on the set timer
* Fixes an issue where the set timer would pop back up after having been dismissed when a workout was opened again
* Makes the whole set timer a pause button
* Removes the stop workout button from the collapsed mini-workout view
1.0.66
Mar 5, 2024
Adds the option to dismiss the rest timer if you find it to be in the way.
1.0.65
Mar 1, 2024
Fixes a few issues

- Rest timer will now continue counting between exercises, as long as you're viewing the exercise that's up next
- Fixes an issue where the timer bar would get hidden after swiping back from exercise details
- Fixes an issue where the wrong icon would display on the timer bar for duration exercises
1.0.64
Feb 27, 2024
A brand new rest timer with this one. And not only that, a brand new way of moving through your workout sequence. There's a new button in the lower right corner with an arrow on it. Use that to step through your whole workout, check-off sets, start timers and move to the next exercise.
1.0.63
Feb 19, 2024
Exercises of type 'Duration' now have its own timer available, so you don't need an external timer to track them properly. Use the 'Start' button to start a timer. You can still simply log a duration too, without running a timer. For that, use the 'Log' button instead.
1.0.62
Feb 15, 2024
Fixes an issue with profile picture being cut-off top or bottom.
1.0.61
Feb 13, 2024
We're launching public profiles for the chat. Set your picture and write a brief bio and display your best self to the Dropset community. You can even add links to your social media accounts to connect further. We hope to see all you beautiful people there soon.

You may now log workouts to the past. Either pick a date when you're logging something, after hitting the "Finish" button. Or find a workout on the calendar timeline and update its date from there.

Let us know if you're having any issues with this, or anything else really, at hello@getdropset.app. Or use the chat in the app.

We hope you're enjoying Dropset! Til next time.

1.0.52
Dec 27, 2023
A couple of new goodies in this release

- Replace exercise. You got your exercises for the day all planned up, but then...the darn machine is busy. And you need a change of plans. The new "Replace" feature lets you change out an exercise with something else. And you're good to go again.

- Create exercise right from the exercise list, without going through the library
- You can now reverse the rest timer so that it counts down to zero, and stays there, rather than counting up to infinity
- We're adding the new keyboard for inputting weight for check-off exercises
- New contextual menus added to exercises to make the new, and old, options more discoverable

Merry Christmas everyone. Let's make 2024 the best workout year yet.
1.0.51
Nov 27, 2023
On popular request we're switching form slider-input to keyboard-input for setting weight and reps for sets. We hope you like it. If you still prefer to use a slider, that's still possible - there's a slider built-in at the top of the keyboard for you to use.

Oh, and we're also now called Dropset. We feel like that will be a name that more closely matched with what we're about. And yes, we'll be bringing proper support for dropsets as well soon.
1.0.50
Nov 21, 2023
Speeds up loading messages in the chat after you've visited the tab once.
1.0.49
Nov 21, 2023
Running workouts will now hide when moving to another tab than the Workouts tab. That way they won't get in your way as much on other tabs.
