About Mapdec
In this app athletes can communicate with their coaches about their training plan and their fitness targets. The app includes standard workouts for times you can’t attend a training session. We also produce weekly articles that offer helpful advice about managing your fitness.
Mapdec Cycle Works is a dedicated cycle sport fitness facility based in the English Lake District. Group coaching offers many benefits to all levels of cyclists and with this app we are aiming to offer the quality coaching advice you would usually only get with a private coach, but with the benefit of a great community, peer learning and shared costs.
