The Masimo Health App is for use with the Masimo W1 watch. This App (together with the Masimo W1 watch) allows you to non-invasively measure the following:
• Oxygen Level (SpO2) - Oxygen levels in your blood can change with heart and lung function, activity, and altitude•
• Pulse Rate (PR) - Your pulse rate can change with general health, physical activity or with your mental or emotional state (e.g., stress, anxiety)
• Pleth Variability Index (PVi) - Changes in your hydration may affect your perfusion that occur when you breath
• Perfusion Index (Pi) - Indicating changes in your blood circulation
• Hydration Index (Hi) - Being well-hydrated improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood
• Heart Rate (HR) - Detects your physiological changes to provide your Heart Rate
• Pulse Rate Variability (PRV) - Continuous monitoring the changes to your pulse rate as an insight to your heart and your general health
• Breaths per minute (RRp)* - Spontaneous breathing is involuntary, but can change with your general health condition, physical activity, or mental or emotional state

*RRp stands for respiratory rate from the pleth
