You can quickly enable the Mindful Keyboard from the more menu.

You can also add Compose Mindful Message to your Today list so it will appear as a Now Card.

Major update: New “Today” screen, “Now” cards and reminders fit Mindfulness easily into your daily routine.

Try adding new reminders or activities to your Morning, Day or Night routine that link to your favorite programs, tracks or pauses.

Throughout the day you’ll see the most relevant “Now Cards” from your Today screen read to complete. They’ll update based on your Morning, Day and Night routine settings and what you’ve already done.

For those using our meditation timer, we’ve moved that to the upper right side of the homescreen.

We’re also about to launch premium content in the EXPLORE section of the app with more on its way!

There are a few other changes you may be happy to discover like a dedicated reminders screen, a simpler account screen and a self narrative screen that allows you to track things like positive and negative beliefs. Let us know what else you’d like to track contact@inward.me.

All in all we’re trying to simplify the app while increasing the control you have in personalizing it around your unique daily life.

Thanks for all the positive feedback and suggestions --- we're listenings and continue to work hard simplifying the core user experience (TIMER, PAUSE, LESSONS, LIFELOG icons are now accessible from the home screen) while allowing those wanting more to discover it deeper in the app. We've also did a bunch of backend and front end work to support publishing and navigating a directory of premium programs soon to come (check out the EXPLORE section to get a glimpse of where we're heading - thank you for your patience and continued support). Upgraded to be iOS9 compatible which eliminated a few bugs.

Added free access to a future feature called mindfulness center. Mindfulness center can be found in the practice section of the app if you scroll down from the top.

In this release we're testing it out and have curated some great free videos from experts we're big fans of. If you have favorite video's you'd like added or are an expert and want to be included please contact us through the Help/Support section within the app. We're really excited about this directions and have already begun getting more feedback from all parts of the community.

At least for the immediate future this feature will require internet connection given the audio and video will be streaming.

We've added new community engagement functionality (e.g., how we receive feedback).
