My Health Tracker IS THE HEALTH MONITORING APPLICATION TO KEEP TRACK OF BMI, BMR,DIABETES ASSESMENT ETC.
BMI : The Body Mass Index is a measure of the body weight relative to height which can be used to determine if you are underweight, at a normal weight, overweight or obese.
Scaling of BMI is as below:
Underweight for BMI less than 18.5
Normal for BMI 18.5 - 22.9*
Overweight for BMI 23.0 - 24.9*
Obese for BMI 25.0 and above
BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) of the body is the rate at which the body uses up energy at rest. This is the minimum amount of calories that a body requires to stay alive. This value varies from person to person.
