About Office Worker SUPPORT

We will help you feel better body and mind! This app has powerful yet simple tools and exercises to help you effectively reduce stress, help improve your focus and release unwanted tension in your body. There are Three main areas to the app. RELAXATION, PRO-Actions and EXERCISES

RELAXATION: Effortlessly reduce stress with the benefit of science! Enhanced audio has been widely scientifically researched and shown to be beneficial and effective. All you have to do to achieve the full benefit is to listen to our "enhanced" audio tracks with your head phones on. You can even do it at your desk. There are also a variety of practical guided meditations to follow along to.

EXERCISES: We have simple and effective exercises demonstrated by full 3D animated figures showing how to target specific areas in the body that suffer from prolonged sitting or standing in front of a computer. These physical negative effects often include a stiff and sore neck, tight and tender shoulders and pain in the lower back. In all the are approximately 40 stretches, joint mobilizations and pressure point exercises to choose from.

PRO-Actions: These are simple actions like regularly standing, taking a short walk away from your desk and drinking water. Sounds simple but these and other simple actions can help keep you focused and avoid lethargy.

REMINDERS & ANALYTICS: Set Reminders, Set Goals and Monitor your Progress with a suite of tools embedded in the app. This helps make it easy for you to regularly address your needs and assist yourself to become more focused, more energized and feeling better body and mind!
