About Sanctuary Return to the Sea™

Sanctuary Return to the Sea™ is a guided meditation App designed for both beginning and advanced meditators. It features calming music and sounds that help relax the body and the guided visualization helps focus the mind. This meditation may assist you through guided imagery and visualization to clear and release all that you no longer wish to have in your life. And to reclaim that which you wish to create in your life. By removing the stagnation and releasing old, stuck energies which are holding you back, and by clearly stating your intentions and seeing the truth of who you are, a perfect and divine being, it may help you open the doors to abundance, health and happiness.

Sanctuary Return to the Sea offers two tracks which can be done together for a 30 min. meditation or separately. In "Visualizing" you are guided through the entire meditation. "Healing" is done on your own tuning into the sounds and tones to assist you.
