The Schneider Clinic app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Schneider Clinic. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Schneider Clinic patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Schneider Clinic provider. Communicate with Schneider Clinic in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Schneider Clinic patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Schneider Clinic patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Schneider Clinic uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
