Te permitirá ver videos de los ejercicios a realizar, cargas que utilizar y tiempos de descanso. A parte podrás conocer tus progresos gracias a la introducción de valores biométricos. Con la ayuda de nuestros profesionales tendrás la rutina adecuada para ti, pudiéndola incluso sincronizar con otras aplicaciones de actividades fisicas al aire libre, para que puedas conocer al 100% cuál es tu nivel y tus progresos.
