Utilizing the features of smartphone through visions, music, and operations, we assist you to achieve your peaceful moment without thinking of anything.

It is said that humans have an average of over 6,000 thoughts per day(*1). The brain is constantly working and has no time to rest. # Swipe in the rhythm of your breaths
Swipe with your finger in the rhythm of your breaths to see the circles contract and the background changes. By visualizing your breaths, you are able to concentrate to breath consciousness.
# Add and visualize distractions
When worldly thoughts come up to your mind in your meditation, add them on the screen. By visualizing these distractions, you are able to view them objectively and once again concentrate in your breaths.

A breath swipe function has been added!
During the session, when you swipe the screen vertically, matching your breathing in/out motions, the circle shrinks, and the background changes. You can better focus only on your breathing by being able to visualize your breathing. Please be sure to try it.
