TasteLi by Linn Lowes is your chance to get Linn's help with your diet. In the app, you will be provided personal meals with lots of options for your daily planning. Sign up for either 1 or 6 months of help to get your diet aligned with your goals.
If you stick to the plan you will experience a body transformation. In the app, you can keep track of your own progress, which will be the foundation for tweaks and changes in your meal plan as your progress. Any meal suggested to you will be based on your preferences - everything from preferred cooking time, budget for shopping ingredients, allergies, foods you like, number of meals you have time to eat every day and much more.
