About Today's Workout
Would you like to record your daily workouts and improve your strength?
This app is an app that allows you to easily register and record your workouts like a to-do list.
Simply register your workout today on the home screen and tap the checkbox to record your workout today.
If you select the repeat function when registering a workout, you can set the specified day of the week, every day, and so on.
On the "Schedule" screen, you can edit the set repeat day and day intervals.
The History screen shows what workouts you did on the day you selected on your calendar. You can also modify the data with the edit button at the top right of the data. In addition, if you forget to record the data, you can add the data by clicking the "Add" button.
The Analysis screen allows you to view graphs of total volume, number of sets, and maximum weight as weekly, monthly, and three-month workout results. Graphs can be displayed by part and by workout type, as well as the results of all workouts. You can check the data for the day by pressing and holding the graph.
On the "Settings" screen, you can set the day of the week at the beginning of the week on the calendar. You can choose to start on Monday or Sunday. You can also export the workout history data as a CSV file.
In the free version, you can check the history for up to one week. If you want to see and export all the history, please consider purchasing the premium version of the in-app subscription.
Your subscription will be renewed automatically. Fees will be charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours of the last day of the applicable validity period. Auto-renewal can be disabled in Account Settings after purchase.
