About Workout Planner - Exercise
Workout Planner - Exercises is here to help you keep track of just that - your workouts, your workout plans and your exercises. Workout Planner is here to help your organise your healthy and active lifestyle, whilst doing so as beautifully and easily as possible.
In your workout planner you can view upcoming or previous workouts.
Create a new Workout Plan for each day, or use an existing workout plan from another day as a template to quickly create a new workout plan. Each Workout Plan keeps track of your distance and weight based exercises. You can also keep track of laps for distance exercises and add in sets and reps for your weighted workout routines.
Exercises is the core to your workout plan. Add in distance and weighted based exercises and keep track of reps, sets, laps and distance. Have some notes provided by a personal trainer? Simply add these notes into your exercise plan to easily view these when you need to come back to them.
On your profile you can switch between metric and imperial measurements for both distance and weight. You can also view Workout Planner Pro to unlock features such as an unlimited amount of exercises, workout plan duplication and a longer workout plan history.
Workout Planner - Exercise syncs your plans across all of your iOS devices. There's no need to sign-in, login and no ads.
