專為冠心病患者而設的手機程式「護心在線 i-CARE」由香港大學護理學院建立，「護心在線 i-CARE」結合多個貼心功能，令使用者能更有效地自我管理病情及支援使用者自行監察健康指標。「護心在線 i-CARE」提供多項功能，例如：
• 冠心病自我管理課程
使用者可透過此程式中的互動式的自我管理課程，有助使用者更好地自我管理病情。

• 自我監察
使用者可利用此程式監察及記錄血壓、血糖、血脂、體脂肪率及體重指數等指標。

• 護士聊天室
使用者可透過此程式中的護士聊天室和註冊護士聯絡及諮詢意見。

• 訂立個人化目標
