About Chest Workout - Free
You’ll build lean, strong, and natural upper body strength with these 20-minute arms and chest routines. Each routine exercises the entire body while focusing on the arms and chest. These never get boring.
In this free version you can do one workout per level.
The workout format follows and HIIT method: you'll watch the exercise to be done for about 12 seconds, then you'll do the exercise for 60 - 90 seconds. Just follow the guide; there's no thinking involved.
