About SHQ Management
The SmartHQ Management app easily guides the user through the appliance connection and setup process in the SmartHQ Management Portal. The user will use the mobile application to commission devices to their WiFi network, assign building location, floor location and unit / room numbers created within the SmartHQ Management Portal. Unique names / labels can also be set to help identify each appliance within the SmartHQ Management Portal.

Added several key functionalities such as
- The Executive dashboard provides property managers with a summary of the most important information such as the number of appliances that are online and offline, the top 3 notifications, and the most recent tasks added to the system
- Global Search makes it easy to search for appliances, users, and locations by typing a few characters to get a direct link to the result
- Controlling the mode or setting the temperature on your PTAC, VTAC, and Window AC is now available through this version of the SmartHQ management app
- Use the batch command feature to update your connected appliances
- Receive notifications when there is an issue with your connected appliance
- View which fault code has been triggered on your connected appliances in the past 90 days
- Create and schedule a task to investigate and correct a fault on your appliance
- View diagnostic data of your connected PTAC and VTAC units
- View cumulative energy and compressor runtime of your connected Window AC unit
- Create a report with a graph for your PTAC and VTAC unit's fan-speed types and indoor and outdoor ambient temperatures
- Add new locations to your organization, edit existing properties, and delete specific buildings, floors, and rooms from your properties
- Selected models of GE appliances are now equipped with our latest technology which makes connecting it to your account much easier and faster by using the BLE commissioning
- View your local WIFI network signal strength while you are connecting new appliances and check the connected appliance's WIFI status
- Set or edit the Time Zone for each location in your organization
- View the total number of connected appliances per floor
