About ECLEAR SPORTS Training
A dedicated application for the ECLEAR SPORTS training dumbbells/plank training mat/push-up training mat series of physical training programs that emphasize individual style and integration into working adult lifestyles.
Move your body according to the instructions in the app in order to train your upper arms, chest, shoulders, and core effectively with good form.

There are selectable options tailored to your strength.

Select weight of dumbbells

- 4kg (2kg+2kg)
- 5kg (3kg+2kg)

Select the part you want to train.
- UPPER ARM
- CORE (ABS)

◆ Pattern
Select a training pattern that suits the build you want.
- Strength: Three sets of the same number of repetitions, with full breaks.
- Tone: Fewer repetitions each set, with shorter breaks.
