About Inner Coach

Facts, practical Insight, and Experience. In this workbook we take a look at feeling awareness and thought distortions.

These two go hand in hand and give you a whole range of tools and techniques to respond to how you feel (and what you think). 

We start with thinking and how it influences your emotions, how you behave and how you relate to others. 

We then take a look at these emotions, understanding feelings as functional, we look to understand the message and method of emotion so that you can regulate them and respond.

Less a course and more a workbook, we take you on an interactive journey with video animation, comic strips and illustrations to recognise thinking and feelings at work and cognitive distortions at play. 

In fact we count on this as the assignments then direct you to do it for yourself, while the quiz challenges you to apply it to illustrated examples. 

So what we do differently is bring distorted thinking, and the function of feeling to life using reflective exercises, quiz questions.

In feeling aware we ask you to act it out, and in thinking we turn to the rule of law (and the system of justice) so that you can see, feel and experience the change you want to achieve.
