In the modern world, stress, accumulation of fatigue, and insomnia have become a common problem. Respiratory practices will help to cope with these problems. After spending 5-10 minutes a day doing the exercises, you can reboot, overcome stress and forget yourself in a sound sleep.
This application contains the necessary set of practices:
1. Bhastrika - this practice is good for morning awakening. Of the useful properties we can distinguish:
- replenishment of energy reserves
- charge of vigor and energy
- provides an opportunity to quickly wake up and not suffer from seasonal drowsiness and mood changes
2. Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. This is a simple but highly effective breathing technique that balances the mind, body and emotions. Suitable for a reboot in the afternoon. Nadi Shodhana will help:
- calm down in stressful situations
- overcome anxiety and an ongoing stream of thoughts
- improve mind concentration
3. Practice 4-7-8. This breathing technique, developed by the American physician Andrew Weil, allows you to overcome insomnia and learn how to fall asleep in 60 seconds. This technique effectively saturates the lungs with oxygen and has a beneficial effect on the parasympathetic nervous system.
4. The application also presents various practices for all occasions:
- to relax, increase productivity
- to improve the health of the reproductive system
- for self-awareness and awareness
- to simplify flights between countries, jetlag
- for meditation
