Yoga helps us in achieving a state of union (eka) in the body and mind. In this version we have added a Yoga section with beginner Yoga asanas to help you relieve muscular tension. Relaxing the body is half the work done in achieving a state of mental and emotional relaxation.
We have expanded our Hindi section with more content and daily audios.
We have also done some minor UI improvements and other bug fixes.
