About Just Run: Zero to 5K (+10K)

Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

WORKOUT PLANS:
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

FEATURES:
- Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
- Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
- No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
- Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt
- Runs in the background. Turn off your screen, or switch to another app, and you'll still hear the run and walk prompts
- Upgrade to Premium to get more trainer voices, multiple theme options, and to support continued development of Just Run

This is a big update! If you come across any issues after updating, please email me from the Settings screen.

I get quite a few emails from people who like to use Just Run over and over, so this update brings improvements for users who do workouts more than once!
- Restarting an earlier workout will now show target dates for all later workouts, instead of showing them as complete
- A new "See previous sessions" button lets you see all the times you've run a particular workout

As well as all that, this update also brings some other new features!
- New Backup and Restore functionality lets you transfer your workout data to a new phone, or manually keep two devices in sync
- Added a new Perseverance Pink theme
- You will now be prompted to confirm stopping a workout, to help avoid any accidental stops
- The Settings button has moved to a new tab bar, to make it easier to access on large screens

Plus some other fixes!
- The total workout time in the workout summary now includes the seconds instead of rounding to the nearest minute
- Changing to the 10K plan immediately after finishing the 5K plan now shows the correct target date of 3 days later

I want to keep Just Run as super simple as possible, but sometimes I get requests for features that sound really useful. Striking the balance between simple and useful is tricky, so I've decided to add some "Feature Previews" to let you decide which features should be made permanent.

This update adds two Feature Previews:
- Live Activity: See the workout timer on your Lock Screen (and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhones)
- The Live Activity requires an internet connection during your workout to stay accurate
- Beep Robot Trainer Voice: Plays a simple beep instead of a voice during your workout
