With the My Duke Health app, you can conveniently manage your health information and:

• Easily access Duke Virtual Urgent Care offerings
• Find location based resources like parking and hotels
• Stay connected with Duke Health news, blogs, and social media
Through the My Duke Health app, log in to:
• Conduct video visits
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
• Communicate with your care team
• Schedule and manage appointments
• View visit summaries and doctors’ notes from past visits and hospital stays
• View and pay medical bills

A New Way to Save Your Spot at Urgent Care
In early January 2023, we will implement a new way for you to view wait times and save your spot at a Duke Urgent Care clinic. Our new On My Way tool lets you view estimated wait times, indicate when you'll arrive, and save your spot in line. This new tool makes the process more efficient.

On the home screen, access Duke Resources at our three hospitals and all of our clinics through the Resource dropdown menu. You can now also quickly access the Duke Find a Provider tool on the home screen.
The new login screen offers a more seamless login experience and will provide Duke updates and alerts, like clinic closures and new MyChart feature capabilities.

Users will also now be able to log in and access QR codes to share your Covid-19 vaccination and testing information.
