What's New in the Latest Version 2024.1
Last updated on Feb 25, 2024
Old Versions
This is the biggest update yet!
- We've updated the iPhone to give it a brand new user interface with a more app-like look.
- Another improvement is the ability to add up to ten reminders. This is thanks to feedback from users who have been advised by their urologist to do more than three sessions per day.
- And finally, a behind the scenes upgrade has fixed the synchronisation issue between iPhone and Apple Watch.
NOTE: Due to the changes required to add more reminders, existing reminder settings will have been reset. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Thanks for your support,
John

Introducing Streaks!
- Build up a never-ending streak by exercising every day!
- Maintaining a daily streak can help build healthy habits!
- But miss a day and you reset your streak count...
Previously:
Added the ability to set the number of reps and squeeze seconds, particularly useful if you have been using the app for a while and prefer shorter sessions.
- You can lock your workout to your preferred number of reps and squeeze seconds
- Go to Settings and turn Level Up off
- Tap on the Increase Level/Decrease Level button to select the reps/seconds you like
- You can turn the Level Up feature back on at any time by tapping on the Level Up switch in Settings
For new users, we recommend letting the app level up until you reach a session you are comfortable with.
Cheers,
John
