Thank you for continued support and great feedback which we have listened to.
In this update we’ve added videos of each exercise to help you work out smarter. The text instructions are still there as well.
The plank countdown timer is updated to make it easy for you to complete your plank exercises. This includes making sure the app doesn’t auto lock during the counter!
Also added an iCloud sync option to ensure you never loose your great progress. Encourage you to turn your iCloud drive on in the Settings app > iCloud > iCloud Drive > switch to On.
